1. First, select the table whose cells need to be moved on the computer desktop, and then double-click to open it.

2. Secondly, find the cell to be moved in the table, and put the mouse on any border of the cell to be moved, so that the border becomes a dotted line.

3. Finally, when the cell becomes a dotted line, move the cell up and down with the mouse.
