I don't think so. Why else would so many girls go for plastic surgery? If boys care about their girlfriends' plastic surgery, then not so many girls will rush into plastic surgery hospitals to make themselves more beautiful. Just because boys don't mind, girls will see other people's successful examples, or see other people's lives change because of their appearance, so they will choose to have plastic surgery themselves.

People who love beauty may not be so beautiful by nature, so we want to make ourselves more beautiful through medical means. We always want to have a beautiful person, but when we have it, we don't think about whether she is born beautiful or acquired beautiful. All we care about is whether she is beautiful now.

We are always tolerant of beautiful people. Even though some boys may mind their girlfriends getting plastic surgery, so what? Looking at that perfect face and sexy figure, can you stop loving her because of her plastic surgery? You are unlikely to love her again, because you love her now, and no matter what she used to be, she is beautiful now.

And so many beautiful women didn't say that they couldn't get married because of plastic surgery, nor did they say that they lost their jobs and lovers because of plastic surgery. Instead, they made them walk better in this society and get better results in love. Because they have a beautiful face, they become more confident and more promising, so now no one will think there is anything wrong with plastic surgery.
