Can be rated as level 9. One ear is missing (or deformed) 10% or more, or bilateral auricles are missing (or deformed) by 5% or more. It can be rated as 10.

5.2.2 Serious injury level 2

(k) The cumulative amount of auricle disconnection, defect or contracture deformity is equivalent to more than 50% of the area of an auricle.

(j) The cumulative amount of auricle disconnection, defect or contracture deformity is equivalent to more than 30% of the area of an auricle.

Minor injury level 2

(m) The cumulative amount of amputation, defect or contracture deformity of auricle is equivalent to more than 15% of the area of an auricle.
