Wang Hai: I joined Skyworth in 2000 and worked for 14 years. I have also made some small achievements and achieved a relatively high position. However, people always have a restless heart, always thinking about whether they can make another breakthrough in a new world. So I may have thought about starting a business in 13, but I haven't made up my mind after all. At that time, I decided that although I didn't start a business, the CEIBS EMBA and the last CEIBS class should be said to have strengthened my entrepreneurial spirit, so I finally decided to give up all the positions of 14 in Skyworth and enter a new field from scratch, hoping to make use of some Internet.

(Question 2: Why do you choose cross-industry entrepreneurship, the reasons for choosing the automobile industry, and the three major standards for choosing the industry? )

Wang Hai: At that time, when we decided to start a business project, we set some standards, mainly three. The first one is that we can cut into a relatively large market, and the demand in this market is just needed. It means that our ability may be strong or weak, but at least there should be room for imagination. If you choose a small market, even if you make a share of 100%, the space is limited. This is the first standard. The second standard is based on today's era, so the method we decided is that we must use the Internet as a method, not in a very traditional way; The third criterion is that since it is made by the Internet, use the brains of the Internet, Baidu, Ali, Tencent and BAT, regardless of whether they will do it or not. If they want to do something, I don't think they should do it because there is no way to PK with them. So according to these three criteria, we thought at that time, choose these industries. First, the biggest industry in China is real estate. I can't build a house with my own resources. This is the first, at the same time, it is impossible to do any real estate internet projects, because, for example, my classmates have already done it, and there is little chance; The second industry is the automobile industry. For the automobile industry, we were also attracted by the news that Lei Jun invested in an automobile-funded enterprise at that time, which further attracted our attention to automobile-funded enterprises. Finally, we found that this industry is very big, and there may be a trillion-dollar market in two years. Meanwhile, this market is very traditional. Then, using the same "standard" to maintain different driving habits may be problematic. Second, the road conditions of each car are different. For example, in Chongqing, your car climbs mountains every day, and in Beijing, your car is stuck in traffic jams every day. Therefore, different driving habits and different road conditions are maintained by the same standard, which is either wasteful or inaccurate. I didn't do what I should have done. Question 5: How to attract investment? )

Wang Hai: According to our current agreement with investors, it is also our own business plan, so it is mainly divided into three stages. The first stage, from the establishment of 5438+00 in June last year to about two to three years in the future, mainly focuses on guidance, completes the online platform, and makes the national chain network of light assets offline, so I hope to achieve 100 chain stores within three years. In the second stage, I hope to start our joining strategy, including doing some business expansion, such as used cars, car loans, finance and so on. This is the second stage; Then in the third stage, what we have to do may be the construction of the whole ecosystem.
