This situation should be facial swelling caused by local inflammation, edema and exudation. Should be able to take metronidazole, amoxicillin and other drugs to reduce inflammation. If antibiotics are injected, the effect should be faster, but infusion is generally not needed. It is suggested that early local ice compress can reduce edema, and stable local hot compress can promote the absorption of exudation.
