Skin flap transplantation is to cut off a piece of skin and subcutaneous tissue with blood supply from one part of the body and transplant it to another part. After skin flap transplantation, new blood circulation was established to maintain vitality and function. It can be used to repair the wounds of bones, joints, tendons, great vessels and nerves exposed after deep scar excision, or unstable scars with special requirements such as good feeling and wear resistance, concave scars close to the bone surface and cleft lip scars. The method of excision and direct suture is simple and less harmful, and it is only suitable for a narrow range of cleft lip scars. Skin graft, autologous skin graft, used to repair large cleft lip scar and cut injury. Because the skin is thin, it may dry after survival.
