(1) according to the purpose of the association, organize all interested colleagues who are enthusiastic about social welfare and charitable cultural undertakings to join the volunteer team and carry out charitable projects. (two) to organize members to carry out various charitable activities such as disaster relief, poverty alleviation and disability assistance according to law.

(3) Recruit volunteers, provide information and consulting services, publicize modern public welfare spirit and charity culture, and raise social public welfare and charity awareness.

(four) by holding various charitable cultural activities, accept social donations and donations from members, and use them openly, transparently and reasonably for various charitable activities.

(five) to carry out exchanges and cooperation with charitable organizations at home and abroad and in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan on the development of folk charitable cultural undertakings.

(six) to organize the compilation, compilation and publication of books, periodicals and materials related to public welfare and charitable cultural undertakings, and to study and introduce the theories, methods and experiences related to social welfare and charitable cultural undertakings at home and abroad.

(seven) to put forward suggestions on social welfare and charitable cultural undertakings to the government, provide information and services for the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations, and assist the government to develop social welfare and charitable cultural undertakings.
