The deflection of the steel wire rope between every two steel columns is not more than 2mm, and the tension of the tensioning steel wire rope is generally around 800N. The reference line should be as close as possible to the screed to reduce the thickness increment value; In order to ensure continuous operation, there should be three 200 ~ 250 m long steel strands from each side of the wire rope to the sand, and the steel wire has not been finished yet, and the lower steel wire has been erected.
Paving middle and surface course-floating reference beam method, using floating reference beam to keep the same height difference before and after paver, ensuring paving thickness, improving surface smoothness, and suspending steel wire rope on the structure for control (because the thickness of asphalt layer on the structure is different from that on the surface course). The method is as follows: the front part of the floating reference beam is composed of 2-4 wheel carriers with a length of 2-3m, and each wheel carrier has 3-44 pairs of wheels, which walk before and after the paver. The rear part of the floating reference beam is a sliding plate (commonly known as sliding shoes) of about 0.5MX 10M, which slides on the top surface of the pavement. In order to reduce the reference error and the error of automatic leveling device, attention should be paid to the installation and adjustment of automatic leveling device: the installation error of transverse slope sensor should be less than+0.1%; The sliding base surface of the floating reference beam should be parallel to the paving base surface, and the cross slope value is the same; Check the working pressure of the hydraulic system at any time to make it in a normal state; Check whether the paving thickness and cross slope value meet the design value at any time.
2. Paving progress control of paver. The paver should spread continuously at a constant speed, without stopping, and it is forbidden to go fast and slow. The change of paving speed will inevitably lead to the change of paving thickness. In order to keep the thickness unchanged, it is necessary to adjust the exciting force of thickness regulator, tamping machine and screed and the stroke of vibrating beam. The manual adjustment is based on the adjustment, which will cause the change of preloading density after paving when the vehicle speed changes, thus leading to the difference of the final compaction thickness and affecting the smoothness of the pavement. In the process of paving, try to avoid downtime, and the paving point that must be stopped every day is placed at the position where the contraction joint is customized at one end of the structure.
3. The paver operation control measures. Select skilled paver operators and conduct pre-job training; During paving, the truck should stop at the paver 10~30M ~ 30m, and put it in neutral position, and rely on the paver to advance slowly, and there should be a special person to direct the unloading truck to unload; Ensure the continuity of the paver feeding system, that is, ensure the material level in the casters (conveying wheels) to be stable, uniform and continuous, and keep the material level at 2/3 blades above the central axis.
