Mode 1
Stop bleeding first: There are many ways to stop bleeding. The most common and effective method is to apply pressure to the wound. No matter what kind of wound it is, just use clean towels and clothes, as long as the pressure is high enough, it can completely stop the bleeding. Then there is the application of tourniquet. The tourniquet should be made of cloth or belt, and rubber hose can also be used. But you can't use iron wire or wire with metal core, because the strength control is not good and it is easy to cause limb necrosis. The tourniquet must be tied to the forearm with moderate pressure and relaxed for ten minutes every hour. It is wrong to tie it to the forearm. It can't stop the bleeding.
Mode 2
Limb fixation: Because hand injuries are very common and need hospital treatment, limb fixation during transportation is very necessary. The method is to support a board or cardboard with the same width as the forearm on the flexion side of the forearm, and bind several paths in a circular way with a cloth belt. The tightness should be appropriate, and the exposed broken bone should not be reset to avoid infection.
Mode 3
Emergency to a regular hospital: systematic treatment, because the time limit for hand injury treatment is 8 hours in winter, 6 hours in summer, and the time limit for replantation of severed limbs is even less than 5 hours, so time should be a race against time. As for the preservation of severed limbs and fingers, it is best to preserve them at low temperature, but it must be above 0 degrees to avoid frostbite. It is also wrong to soak them in various liquids. Because the conditions are not met, wrap it in a clean handkerchief or paper.
