Not is an adverb, which is mainly used in the negative form of verbs in "Wei".

No is an adjective, used as a preposition attribute and a finite noun.

2. The tone is different.

The tone of no is much stronger than that of no, which means coercion. In some table structures, it means not only general negation, but also strong tone, which can be translated as "never".

3. Different usages

The negative form of non-predicate verbs usually uses not instead of no.
