Huarong to Changning expressway, referred to as Huachang Expressway. It is a north-south high-grade highway in Hunan Province. The name of Ziyi Louheng Expressway and the north-south extension line was adjusted to connect Yueyang City (Huarong), Yiyang City, Loudi City and Hengyang City (Changning), and the Hunan Expressway number was S7 1.
Huachang Expressway runs from Shishou City, Hubei Province (at the junction of Hunan and Hubei) to Huarong County, Hunan Province, Hangrui Expressway (Huarong Hub Interchange-Chengjiashan Hub Interchange), Nanxian Expressway to Yiyang Expressway, Yiyang Ring Expressway (Yingfengqiao Hub Interchange-Tuanyuan Hub Interchange), Yiyang Expressway to Loudi Expressway and Shanghai-Kunming Expressway (Tanshuchong Hub Interchange-Changchong Hub Interchange).
Huachang expressway includes the following areas:
Huachang expressway connects Yueyang City (Huarong), Yiyang City, Changsha City, Xiangtan City, Loudi City and Hengyang City (Changning), while Changqing expressway is the southern section from Huarong to Changning expressway, and Chaling to Changning expressway West Section, starting from Wan Qi, Guiyang Town, Qidong (connected with Huachang Expressway) and ending at Changning Tang Peng (connected with Guangxu Expressway).
The total length of Changqi expressway main line is 32. 123km, and it is built according to the design speed 100km/h and the four-lane expressway technical standard. Extra large bridge is 4000m, medium and small bridge 10, tunnel 586m/ 1 1.
The opening of Huachang expressway will accelerate the formation of the southeast ring of the 3+5 urban agglomeration in Hunan Province, improve the regional road network structure, promote the economic development in southern Hunan, improve the production and living conditions of the people, strengthen the economic ties between Yueyang, Yiyang, Changsha, Xiangtan, Loudi and Hengyang, strengthen the docking between Hunan and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, create a new inter-provincial channel for Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong, and divert the traffic flow of Beijing, Hong Kong, Macao, Guangxu and expressway.
