Suture (or polymer suture) is directly buried between skin and meibomian through suture, so that the upper eyelid skin and meibomian adhere to form double eyelids. It should be noted that the catgut embedding method in double eyelid surgery is suitable for single eyelid with thin eyelid skin and thin orbicularis oculi muscle, without epicanthus and drooping eyelid skin.
