The medical treatment period refers to the period when employees of an enterprise stop working and rest due to illness or non-work-related injuries and do not terminate the labor contract. The medical treatment period is the protection period during which an enterprise may not re-employ its employees due to illness or other legal reasons. This period is related to the actual length of service of workers and the length of service in this enterprise. According to the length of service, employees can enjoy medical treatment for three to twenty-four months. I'll upload a picture for you to see.
