Classification

1. Divide the blocks into two categories according to the shaping method:

a. Saw-faced blocks (SS): six sides are Blocks shaped by sawing.

b. Split-faced blocks (CS): One or several sides of the block are shaped by chopping.

2 Divide the blocks into three categories according to volume

Levels

According to the allowable range of the size of the blocks, the allowable limit tolerance of flatness, and the allowable limit of angles Tolerance and appearance quality are divided into two levels: first-class products (B) and qualified products (C).

Naming and marking

The order of naming the blocks: the name of the place where the blocks are produced, the name of the color, pattern and characteristics, and marble (M).

Block material marking sequence: named as category, specification size, grade, and standard number.
