Plastic suture
No disassembly is needed at all. I've had plastic surgery for five years and never removed it. At present, most subcutaneous sutures use PGA thread, which is lactic acid after degradation and belongs to normal metabolites. If it's a silk thread, it doesn't need to be removed. The key to suture is to suture the deep dermis. If it is shallow, you will see blackheads after healing, and some people will have spinning. Now sometimes colorless nylon thread is used, and the effect is good. There are two main suture methods. There is no tension incision on the face, and the incision is linear and the length is less than 5CM. The continuous intradermal suture method is better. The length can be considered as intermittent intradermal suture. If the incision tension is large and the incision is irregular, intermittent suture should be considered. Subcutaneous tension reduction and alignment of two kinds of stitches should be done well. With this detail, the subcutaneous suture is generally 1CM, the skin suture is 3-5MM intermittently, and the distance from the wound edge is 2-3 mm. The key is to reduce the subcutaneous tension and align the scar size. I hope it helps you.
