The cultivation of bauhinia is simple, and no soil is selected. If you can apply some decomposed organic fertilizer as base fertilizer when transplanting, water it after planting and replenish water when the weather is dry in the future, it will grow vigorously and flourish. Transplanting should be carried out in February-March in early spring, with soil for small seedlings and soil balls for large seedlings. Bauhinia is potted in the north. It should be watery and humid in spring and summer, dry in autumn and winter, and overwinter in greenhouse in winter. The minimum temperature should be above 5℃.
(2) Lighting management
Bauhinia likes sunshine, so the place where it is planted should be sunny. Potted bauhinia in the north should avoid direct glare in hot summer.
(3) Tree management
Bauhinia is one of the common flowers and trees in southern China, and its cultivation and management are extensive. Pay attention to the beauty of the tree. If it is too long, it should be erected in time. A little pruning and shaping should be done in the young tree period, and the tree can grow naturally when it tends to be neat.
(4) Pest control
Bauhinia is mainly damaged by the white moth wax cicada, wax bag moth, tea moth and cotton aphid, and can be killed by spraying 90% trichlorfon or 50% marathon emulsion 1000 times.
