Dawei plastic film
This is version 2.0, because I watched it with a few basin friends, so I revised some mistakes, added some places that I didn't write in detail when I first wrote it, and added my own review and analysis. At the same time, I changed the structure of the article, with an introduction at the end, a review at the front, an analysis and a question and answer in the middle, and a few spoilers.

No spoilers after review:

When I first saw it, I thought it was really classic. Although I was seriously injured, it was really a flaw that I didn't hide. The second time I saw it, I was probably not so excited. I found that as long as there are many flaws, I can hide in it after all.

The background, design, music and special effects are all fine works, from the postmodern sense and various details of human science and technology, to the bionic sense of superman buildings and spaceships, to the coordination of various special effects and sound effects, which are very detailed, classic and in line with the theme. Prometheus and New Moon Spacecraft of Homo sapiens are representative works.

For the actors, they are all excellent except the heroine who plays Elizabeth. In this play, the actors played their own strengths and performed very well. Of course, some local actors' acting skills are limited by all kinds of strange injuries in the script, and they can't be blamed. Several main actors, such as David's wisdom and naivety, Charlie's ambition, meredith's pretend to be strong and kind-hearted, and even Elizabeth's stubbornness, idealism and strength have been well demonstrated. My dissatisfaction with Elizabeth as an actress mainly lies in her appearance. In fact, she plays Prometheus with a dragon tattoo, which is better than what she looks like now. The unkempt chicken nest head and innocent baby face are a little abrupt to the story, at least in my opinion.

As far as the plot is concerned, I can feel that both writers and directors attach great importance to storytelling, but they tell stories not to tell stories perfectly, but to express their views. Whether it is round or not is another matter, so the story as a whole is grand, profound and emotional, and I like the story of Prometheus very much. But in details, there are too many things that can't be solved, and too many people or things only serve the plot. I will talk about this in the following spoiler analysis, so I won't talk about it here. These injuries can't turn Prometheus from a good movie into a bad movie, but they are obstacles to turning a good movie into a classic.

But to sum up, Prometheus is still a very good movie, which has the potential to break away from the alien series and create a bigger world, but whether it will exist or not depends on whether there is a sequel and what will happen.

Analysis of light spoiler:

First of all, before the analysis, I want to say that there are many understanding perspectives for many works of art, such as novels or movies. First, the people and things in the film, then the audience's understanding, and finally, of course, the creator's own perspective. In the movie Prometheus, I certainly can't know what the creator is thinking and what the story is about. And I try not to let my analysis differ too far from the perspective of the performance in the play, because what bothers me most is to impose the perspective of my audience on the film, which makes people feel that the film itself wants to behave like this, intentionally or unintentionally. Some film reviews are really a lot of bootleg goods.

Let me analyze it first. I feel a little tangled:

1, the original decomposition and recombination of DNA, and human DNA and superman are completely in line with this matter. Of course, there is a hint in the movie that Homo sapiens returned to the earth at least once, otherwise the map of major civilizations could not be explained. Therefore, although it is basically impossible for primitive DNA to evolve into a complete match between human DNA and Homo sapiens, it is understandable if Homo sapiens visited the earth many times to supervise the history of human development. But there is such a huge difference between humans and Homo sapiens in external form that it is really hard to believe that DNA is completely identical.

2. The lost geologist and biologist who plays snake-like creatures is completely paving the way for the plot (and ironically ...), not to mention that the geologist has a probe ball and left earlier than Elizabeth. As a qualified biologist, you should never play like this when you meet an alien creature. Let's just say that if the screenwriter and director want you to take the lunch box, you have to do whatever it takes. Similarly, the heroine's idealism of preventing others from carrying weapons, Charlie's idealism of taking off his helmet, and their idealism of playing with Superman's head.

Others, such as no one in the control room, no video camera, are relatively small, so I won't talk about it.

Then, there are several places that are not seriously injured but are regarded as seriously injured. Explain:

1, some people say that Elizabeth stumbled to Welland, which should be a secret, just after the operation. In fact, if you look closely, you will find that Elizabeth actually went to the medical warehouse, where they treated the alien's head, and David also examined Elizabeth there. Then we can know that Velander was awakened and brought here to make some preparations before leaving the cabin, such as physical examination, instead of Elizabeth wandering to a secret place.

2. Someone asked David why he could manipulate the things of Homo sapiens and talk to them. While they were asleep, a camera showed David learning a foreign language. Then the conversation between David and Charlie also mentioned that David has been learning various ancient languages with the theory put forward by Charlie. If Charlie's theory is correct, he should be able to communicate with Homo sapiens. I think Charlie should have put forward the theory that ancient languages are similar to Homo sapiens' languages, and then they asked David to study with his powerful computing power, but he shelved it.

3. Someone asked why the operating room in meredith Cabin is for men. Considering that Wei Lan was on board, we can infer that it was for Wei Lan.

Then, let's talk about characterization and plot advancement. I've spoken out about minor figures who only die, such as geologists and biologists (and cannon fodder killed by geologists). The minor characters who have the main tasks are actually good in shape, such as the captain and the two heroic pilots, which are not bad (or, making cannon fodder is good, anyway, just to promote the plot).

Meredith's portrayal is actually very good. She is indifferent and pretends to be strong, which shows the captain's little humor and warmth well. The part that burned Charlie to death and the part that talked to his father and kissed his hand were very emotional, but unfortunately there were too few scenes.

David is a classic, every expression is a classic, and his acting skills are amazing (I find that the more I like it, the less I can comment, so I am really suitable for spitting)

Elizabeth: I said it above, so I won't repeat it.

Then there is Charlie, the second man, who I think is the worst one. I don't know if it is because the relationship between men is not valued = = Elizabeth, meredith, David. They all have their own reasons and motives, which can basically make people understand why they do it, and at the same time can promote the plot. Elizabeth and her father's dream talk about her, David's robot. The role of Velander's son and his task illustrate his identity as meredith, and the feeling of being obviously ignored illustrates her identity; What about Charlie? There is no background explanation (probably because the film is not long enough), which gives people the impression that it is Elizabeth's Lover. Even his actions are strange, such as teasing David, such as disappointment with the results of the survey, such as unscrupulous ideas. When I watched it, I kept thinking about why he had such a personality and such a move, and finally found that he was actually doing two things: 65438+ 2. Heroism gives meredith a good play, and at the same time makes the ring left by the washbasin a little useful. I felt that the director needed Elizabeth to be infected and didn't want a one-night stand, so he added this person. Really the worst character. In fact, you can make others say that you can be burned to death, but only one pregnancy will shape you, Charlie. What a terrible death! )

Ok, that's enough. Let's start to analyze some points that are often taken out for analysis in movies. Since it is an analysis, there are also many spoilers:

Many people say that "Homo sapiens was sentenced to death", but it is not said in the movie, and there is no expression or hint (I want to repeat, don't write your understanding into the movie). Personally, I think he volunteered and didn't commit any crime, because if it was a crime, it would be a bit unreasonable for Homo sapiens to return to the earth many times and teach things to the people on earth.

At the beginning, the ship of Homo sapiens was different from the one behind, so there was another race besides Homo sapiens, or different factions of Homo sapiens. Personally, I think it is possible, but please note that the time period is 10 thousand or 100 million years, and the possibility of technological progress should also be considered.

As for whether the substance that Homo sapiens drinks is the black substance behind, my "personal" answer is, I don't know, but I don't think it matters much. If the beginning of the film is really about the origin of species (or human origin), please note that it was at least100000 years ago (human origin), and the longest was 4 billion years ago. The earliest mural with a star map was found in the film 35,000 years ago. Such a long time span makes me feel that the black substance that the super smart person drinks and the black substance behind him should be two different substances, and the obvious effects are different. The super smart man at the beginning of the film has turned into powder, but the black substance behind him has not. Some people think that the black substance behind is an upgraded version of the black substance in front, which is possible. After all, it is normal for Superman's equipment to be upgraded for 10,000 years or 100 million years.

According to the fact that the body of Homo sapiens was 2,000 years ago, some people speculated that what should have happened 2,000 years ago made Homo sapiens decide to exterminate mankind, and further speculated that a Homo sapiens had defected according to the religious belief of a famous saint on the earth+Elizabeth who was crucified 2,000 years ago. Personally, I think this is too far-reaching. Even if the director really arranged this, he would have miscalculated. Because it's almost 2 100 years in the film, it should be 2 100 years ago. If the truth really comes out as some people speculate, then I'll ... curse a few words in my heart.

Why did the superman in the hologram run into a room with someone in it? What happened in the end? Isn't there a more dangerous jar in that room? My personal guess is that there is something wrong with the experiment. Creatures infected with black matter attacked them. In the process, some superman was also infected. All superman escaped into that room, and the last one was crushed to death by the door. As for that room, it is not more dangerous. I think Superman thinks it's not dangerous not to be infected. According to that room, there is only one superman's head. I guess they left the room after feeling safe (trying to escape to the dormant warehouse) and then died in another place. According to their deaths (bodies found by biologists and geologists), they should have been attacked by similar creatures who later attacked the two men.

Why do people have all kinds of strange phenomena after entering that room? According to Elizabeth, it is possible that they opened the door in the movie and disturbed the original stable state. I personally think so.

What's a room with a human head and a special-shaped relief on the wall for? I thought about it and speculated that it was the church of Homo sapiens = = Because the room was really religious, what they worshipped was obvious. First I idolized myself, then I was an alien. Therefore, it can be inferred that the aliens at the end of the film are not the first time in the history of Homo sapiens. They may have stumbled upon each other by mistake, or they may have absolutely cultivated aliens (as for the process, I don't know, I think it should be similar to the movie). Another bolder hypothesis is that aliens actually cultivated Superman as food intake for their larvae, just like some bees on the earth lay eggs in spiders or something. Of course, these are just speculations.

If there is an accident, why doesn't the dormant Superman take a boat back to his home planet or do something? My "personal" guess is that Superman doesn't really know what happened, because the holographic video of the cockpit and those of Superman's escape are not necessarily recorded at the same time. It is possible that Superman put him to sleep for future plans, and then although something happened and everyone else died, it didn't threaten him or wake him up. Or there was a device to wake him up, but that device was destroyed. Of course, there is another possibility that he was awake at that time, but he thought it was too dangerous to drive the boat to his mother or other places and wanted to control the danger on this planet, so he locked the door and slept, and then those creatures ate up and starved to death. However, I don't know what happened on other ships. I still prefer that one person on each ship has been sleeping, and then although something big happened, it didn't bother them.

What happened to Homo sapiens' own planet? In fact, only the captain in the movie said that this planet is not the planet of Homo sapiens. Elizabeth, David and others seem to think so, but whether it is true or not, it is impossible for players and audiences to know until the original author opens the curtain. Let's speculate on the fact that there are other planets. Those star maps were left 35,000 years ago, and the accident happened 2,000 years ago. For the time being, we think that during that time, this planet actually kept good contact with the home planet of Homo sapiens (in fact, it is also possible that Homo sapiens has long lost its home planet, and they just wandered in a fleet), and then an accident happened. In this case, a fleet or something should be sent to see what happened, but there is no such sign. I think there are two possibilities: 1, the home planet thinks it is too dangerous, and whoever dies will let us die. In fact, when the accident happened, some superman returned to their home star, and then the home star also had a tragedy.

What is superman going to do to the earth people? Someone asked me, how did you see that they were going to destroy mankind? I have to say I didn't see it, but Elizabeth and the captain in the movie thought so. I just made a story introduction. As for what Superman will do to the earth people, I think we should discuss it in stages. Trillion years ago, 35,000 years ago, 2,000 years ago, during the movie, we discussed it in four paragraphs. In my opinion, Superman doesn't want to destroy mankind. I think at least from trillion years ago to 35,000 years ago, they all did it with the idea that humans are making robots now, but they are more patient. The picture on the left is to wait until human beings have evolved to that degree before exchanging needed items. Maybe we can work together (I am really kind), but has that idea changed since then? Is it because of an accident or because of the cultivation of aliens? It is possible that human beings have changed from robots to mice. In the end, Superman flew the spaceship directly to the earth, which was obviously planned long ago. As for what to destroy and do, in fact, only David who knows a few words can know, but he didn't explain it in the play.

Why did David hurt Charlie? Personally, I think he is harmless. I just do experiments and want to know what the function of that thing is, because it may be a good thing. Velander said to work harder. Charlie said by hook or by crook. If it is good after the experiment, maybe David will give it to Wei Lan.

Finally, why did Superman change from doubt and curiosity to violent murder? Here, Wei Lan asked David to ask Homo sapiens how to save himself and how to save his own life from death. Elizabeth asks David to ask Superman why he created them and destroyed them. But the problem is that only David knows what David said (and the director and screenwriter = =). Judging from Superman's reaction after listening to David's words, at least it has something to do with Wei Lan, but I really don't want to guess what it is.

This is the end of the analysis. Just make it up when you think about it.
