[Job responsibilities]

Under the dual leadership of the Party Committee of the hospital and the superior discipline inspection commission, the hospital discipline inspection commission performs the functions of "supervision, education, punishment and protection" according to the power entrusted by party constitution. Specific responsibilities are:

1. According to the regulations of party constitution, safeguard party constitution and other internal party laws and regulations, assist the Party Committee of the Institute to strengthen the building of a clean and honest party style and organize and coordinate anti-corruption work.

2. Supervision and inspection of hospital party organizations and party member, focusing on supervision of hospital party and government leading bodies and leading cadres to abide by party constitution and other party laws and regulations, safeguard the authority of the central government, implement the party's line, principles and policies and the resolutions, decisions and work arrangements of higher-level party organizations, and report to the hospital party committee and higher-level discipline inspection commission.

3. Actively explore new ways to adapt to the characteristics of hospital party style and party discipline education under the new situation, do a good job in hospital party style and party discipline education, and constantly improve party member's own quality and ability to resist corruption and change.

4. Accepting cases in which hospital party organizations and party member violated the party's articles of association and other internal party regulations, and deciding or revoking the punishment of party member involved; Accepting complaints and appeals from party member; Defend the rights of party member.

5. According to the responsibilities entrusted by party constitution and Party regulations, supervise the hospital's major decisions, the appointment and removal of important cadres, the arrangement of major projects and the use of large sums of money.

7. Guide the discipline inspection and supervision work of all party branches.
