Shi is not from Hangzhou. His hometown is Zhuji City (about100km from Hangzhou). It takes about one and a half hours to go to Zhuji from Hangzhou by car. There is a Xishi Hall in Zhuji City, next to Zhuji People's Hospital. There is a Puyang River in front of the temple, and there is a Huansha stone by the river. According to legend, it is the place where the stone washes clothes, and the word Huansha on the stone was written by Wang Xizhi.
