There are many reasons, such as the water quality of cooling water is not up to standard, which makes various colors of attachments appear on the cooling surface of copper pipes, which affects the heat transfer efficiency; The temperature difference between inlet and outlet water is too large or too small, the cooling tower does not work, and the inlet water temperature is too high; The grade of special steel does not match the taper of copper tube; The design of water jacket is unreasonable; If it is serious, it may be that the adjusting screw of the water seam is invalid. Operators usually do not check the water seam or the height of the adjusting screw. The old-fashioned one uses nuts to lock and adjust or even fall off. After the copper tube is pushed out of the upper and lower flanges, it is directly inserted into the copper tube from above to press the flanges.
