Computer Grade Examination Certificate Grade Description
The computer grade examination certificate is divided into four grades: Grade I, Grade II, Grade III and Grade IV. Different levels of certificates represent different computer skills.

Preferred certificate

The first-class certificate shows that the holder has basic computer knowledge and preliminary application ability, master the use of office automation software and Internet applications, or master the basic skills of basic graphics and image tool software (Photoshop), or have the basic quality of network security, and can engage in secretarial and office information work in government agencies, enterprises and institutions.

Secondary certificate

The second-level certificate shows that the holder has basic computer knowledge and basic application ability, can write programs in high-level computer languages, and can engage in computer programming, primary computer teaching and training, information-related business and marketing services in enterprises.

Third-level certificate

The third-level certificate shows that the holder has mastered the basic skills of information technology-related posts and can participate in the development, operation and maintenance, management and service of software and hardware systems.

CET4 certificate

The four-level certificate shows that the holder has mastered the professional skills of information technology work and has systematic knowledge of computer theory and comprehensive application ability.
