The master's degree in ophthalmology clinical medicine relies on the Department of Ophthalmology, Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University. Ophthalmology was founded in 1957. After decades of efforts, it has developed into a professional discipline integrating medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. Ophthalmology undertakes the teaching of ophthalmology in all departments of Guizhou Medical University, the teaching of postgraduate courses (ophthalmology, ophthalmology and strabismus/amblyopia), and the training of clinical advanced students in ophthalmology in nearly 90 counties of 9 prefectures and cities in the province.
