2. The film thickness is unqualified. In order to reduce the cost of electricity and reduce the oxidation time, some businesses lead to unqualified oxide film thickness, which affects the corrosion resistance of industrial aluminum. The normal film thickness should not be less than 10μ. In addition, the hole sealing time is not enough, and poor hole sealing will also affect the corrosion resistance and pollution resistance of aluminum profiles. Check the film thickness by thickness gauge or salt spray test to check the corrosion resistance. Bad hole sealing can be marked on the surface of industrial aluminum profile with ballpoint pen. If it is not easy to clean, it means that the hole sealing is not good.
3. The wall thickness is unqualified. Some businesses are priced by the meter, so the thinner the wall thickness, the lower the cost. The wall thickness of qualified industrial aluminum profiles shall be strictly controlled according to the drawings and shall not exceed the tolerance range. It can be detected by measuring the wall thickness of aluminum profile with caliper.
4. Unqualified form and position tolerance generally means that the technical level of the manufacturer needs to be improved. Perhaps the extruder is too old, the die design is unreasonable and the extrusion ratio is unreasonable. Out-of-tolerance of shape and position will cause the industrial aluminum profile to be not firmly matched with the parts, or even unable to be used. The form and position tolerance can still be measured by calipers, especially the important dimensions should be strictly detected.
