(1) Registration and qualification examination
1. 2. Interview. After the written test, the minimum qualified score line is delineated, and qualified candidates enter the interview. The interview is structured and organized by the District Health Bureau and the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. It mainly evaluates candidates' oral expression, reaction, problem analysis and problem-solving ability. The interview results are calculated according to the ratio of 100%, and those with less than 60 points will be eliminated. The specific time and place will be announced separately.
The written test and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score (full score 100, if the total score is equal, the one with high written test score will be the first); If the written test and interview results are tied, add interview questions.
(3) Physical examination
The candidates with the top 2 test scores enter the physical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to 20 13 "Physical Examination Methods for Civil Servants Employed by Examinations in Ningbo Municipal Organs at All Levels". Candidates should take care of themselves. Those who fail the medical examination or give up the medical examination will be eliminated, and those who pass the medical examination will enter the inspection.
(4) Investigation and trial use
Those who pass the physical examination will be mainly organized by zhenhai district Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for inspection and probation, and the time shall be no less than 10 day in principle. The District Health Bureau is responsible for supervision, inspection and probation. According to 20 13 Ningbo Civil Servant Inspection Method, the written materials for political examination are issued by the graduate school as the assessment basis, which requires objectivity and openness. According to the actual ability and performance, the employer determines the inspection and trial results. (5) Publicity and employment

If there is no objection at the end of the publicity, the applicant and the employer shall sign an employment agreement.
