Working principle of CO2 laser marking machine
CO2 laser marking machine, namely CO2 laser marking machine, is a laser galvanometer marking machine with CO2 gas as the working medium. CO2 laser uses CO2 gas as the medium, fills the discharge tube with CO2 and other auxiliary gases, and applies high voltage to the electrode. Glow discharge occurs in the discharge tube, so that the gas releases laser with the wavelength of 10.64um. After the laser energy is amplified, it is scanned by a vibrating mirror and focused by an F-Theta mirror. Under the control of computer and laser marking control card, images, characters, numbers and lines can be marked on the workpiece according to the requirements of users.

Laser marking machine uses laser beam to make permanent marks on the surfaces of various substances. The effect of marking is to expose the deep substance through the evaporation of the surface substance, thus carving exquisite patterns, trademarks and words. Laser marking machines are mainly divided into CO2 laser marking machines, semiconductor laser marking machines, fiber laser marking machine laser marking machines and YAG laser marking machines. Laser marking machines are mainly used in some occasions with high precision requirements. Used in electronic components, integrated circuits (ic), electrical appliances, mobile phone communication, hardware products, tool parts, precision instruments, glasses and clocks, jewelry, auto parts, plastic buttons, building materials and PVC pipes.
