What is AQL?
AQL: the abbreviation of acceptable quality level acceptance standard, that is, average quality level, is a test parameter, not a standard. AQL is widely used in the inspection of exported garments and textiles. The AQL standards are AQL0.0 10, AQL0.0 15, AQL0.025, AQL0.040, AQL0.065, AQL0. 10, AQL0. 15 and AQL 0.20. 40, AQL0 .65, AQL 1.0, AQL 1.5, AQL2.5, AQL4.0, AQL6.5, AQL 10, AQL 15, AQL25, AQL 44. In AQL sampling, the number of samples is the same. The smaller the value after AQL, the fewer defects are allowed, indicating that the higher the quality requirements, the stricter the inspection. The following are descriptions of different AQL lists:

During inspection, the number of samples and the number of qualified and unqualified products are determined according to the batch range, inspection level and AQL value. Clothing quality inspection adopts sampling scheme. The AQL of clothing batch is 2.5, the inspection level is general inspection level, and the inspection strictness is normal inspection. The sampling scheme is shown in the table:

Normal inspection sampling scheme (AQL-2.5) AQL is short for-acceptable quality level, which is an international standard. 1)AC = acceptable number = use the first value below the arrow = use the first value above the arrow.

Sampling quantity is based on general inspection level II.

2) AQL0.0 10-0. 10 is used for inspection of electronic products and medical devices.

AQL 1.0-6.5 is used for inspection of clothing and textiles.
