1. What clothes does the military training suit include?
Military training clothes are usually blue or green, including hats, camouflage clothes, short sleeves, pants, woven belts, military training shoes and so on.
Second, how to wear military training clothes
1. Wear short sleeves. Wearing short sleeves to sweat during military training is sometimes even worse. You can wear your own short sleeves, which I have already done. Because it is worn inside, you can't see it when you put on your coat, and neither can the instructor.
2. Wear camouflage pants, pants should choose the right size, the size is too small or too big to affect activities, wearing military training will be more uncomfortable. It will be more beautiful and comfortable to put short sleeves into your pants.
3. Put on your coat, zip it up and button it. Pull the zipper to the clavicle position, too high will easily affect the activity. Then tidy your coat.
Step 4 fasten your belt. A knitted outer belt is not a belt tied to trousers. If the belt is loose, you can prepare your own belt. The woven outer belt should be tied to the abdomen outside the coat. Generally, you weave a belt, hold down the buttons on both sides of one end of the belt with one hand, then butt the belt with your hands and insert it. You can adjust your length.
Third, matters needing attention
Don't fasten your belt too tightly, otherwise it will be very uncomfortable during military training, and instructors are not allowed to adjust themselves during training.
Choose comfortable shoes, military training shoes will be a little bigger than ordinary shoes, so choose the size that suits you, and remember to wear comfortable insoles to prevent leg and foot pain when standing in military posture.
