Changzhou Textile and Apparel Vocational College (CITG) is a public full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the People's Government of Jiangsu Province. It is a national KAB entrepreneurship education demonstration base, a national textile and apparel high-skilled personnel training base, a Jiangsu college entrepreneurship education demonstration school, a Jiangsu college entrepreneurship education demonstration base and a Jiangsu Industry-University-Research textile and apparel demonstration base.

The predecessor of the school is Changzhou Institute of Textile Industry, which was founded in July 1958. Later it was closed, reopened and renamed many times. In June 2006, 5438+0 was upgraded to Changzhou Textile and Apparel Vocational and Technical College.
