First, open the variable data software and set the paper size in the document settings to match the actual paper size.
2. Import excel containing clothing price tag information into variable data software. For specific import methods, please refer to how to use batch print barcode labels in excel tables.
Third, add tag content.
1. The brand name of the added clothing is fixed, so you can enter it manually. Click "A" on the left to draw ordinary text on the canvas, then double-click the drawn object, select Manual Input in the data source, add the brand name, and then click "Edit"-"OK".
2. Add the commodity information of the clothing price tag. In the clothing price tag, fixed names can be added by manual input, such as product name, article number, etc. When adding variable content, you can click on the left to modify it under the graphic attribute-data source of the added object, select Import Database, and then select the corresponding field column content to import.
Commodity bar code can be added in a way similar to text content. Just click the bar code icon on the left, draw a bar code in the appropriate position, then click Modify on the left in the data source, select the database import method, and then select the bar code field column in the field to import.
Let's add the final retail price to the price tag of the clothes. The name of "unified retail price" can also be added manually, and the coin symbol can also be added manually.
After adding the coin symbol, you can click the "+"sign on the left again to add the variable content-price through database import.
At this point, the clothing price tag on the simple clothing tag has been completed. Through the print preview, we can see that although only the first label has been made, all the labels of the goods have been automatically generated in batches.
