Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of standardized dress and signs in comprehensive administrative law enforcement and promote standardized and civilized law enforcement, these Measures are formulated according to the relevant provisions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on deepening the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the clothing and logo management of comprehensive administrative law enforcement such as ecological environment protection, transportation, agriculture, cultural market, emergency management and market supervision.

Article 3 The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice shall be responsible for formulating a comprehensive administrative law enforcement system for standard clothing and logo management, and the comprehensive administrative law enforcement department of the State Council shall be responsible for guiding and coordinating the management of standard clothing and logo in this field.

The judicial administrative and financial departments of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the uniforms and signs of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in their respective jurisdictions.

Article 4 All localities shall, in accordance with the distribution scope, standards and relevant technical specifications stipulated in these Measures, distribute standard clothing and signs within the budget quota standard. The scope of clothing shall not be expanded, the standard clothing and logo styles shall not be changed, and the distribution standards shall not be improved.

All localities should strengthen the construction of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team, and urge the comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel to dress up and wear signs, and be serious about gfd and law enforcement discipline.
