MV Agusta is a motorcycle manufacturer, founded in 1945, located in Cascina Costa near Milan, Italy. Originally founded by Count Giovanni agusta, the company is a subsidiary of agusta Airlines, 1927. Count Giovanni agusta died on 1927, leaving the company to his wife and sons domenico, Vincenzo, Mario and corrado. Vincenzo Agusta and his brother Domenico founded MV Agusta after World War II to help employees in agusta keep their jobs and meet the demand for cheap and fast transportation after the war. The original company address of MV is Meccanica in Verghera. During the period of 1950- 1960, the company mainly produced small-displacement Cafe racer motorcycles (mainly 125 and 150cc).
