Party constitution has no specific regulations on whether party member can wear Tibetan clothes to take photos, but in order to further reflect the solemnity of joining the Party and his own joy, it is best to wear his own formal clothes when taking photos of party member's documents.
Tibetans are one of the 56 ethnic groups in China and the aborigines of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
