Detailed: the definition of AQL
For a continuous batch sequence, the lowest quality level of the process that is considered to meet the sampling inspection requirements.
The significance of AQL
When the inspection batch is a series of continuous batches, the sampling scheme of GB/T2828 is adopted. The main purpose is to receive the batch with high probability when the batch quality is in AQL, that is, the risk of controlling the producer is relatively small when the batch quality is in the qualified quality level. On the one hand, it protects producers; On the one hand, tell the producer that as long as the average quality of his products is better than AQL. Then, most batches can be accepted by users, which can urge producers to maintain and improve product quality. On the other hand, by adjusting the strictness of inspection, producers can also be urged to improve product quality.
AQL standard newspaper
AQL is the abbreviation of acceptance quality level, which is an international standard. The AQL standards are AQL0.0 10, AQL0.0 15, AQL0.025, AQL0.040, AQL0.065 and AQL 0.65438+. 40, AQL0 .65, AQL 1.0, AQL 1.5, AQL2.5, AQL4.0, AQL6.5, AQL 10, AQL 15, AQL25, AQL 44. In AQL sampling, the number of samples is the same. The smaller the value after AQL, the fewer defects are allowed, indicating that the higher the quality requirements, the stricter the inspection. The following are descriptions of different AQL lists:
1)AC = acceptable number = use the first value below the arrow = use the first value above the arrow.
The sampling quantity shall be subject to the secondary inspection water for general inspection.
2) AQL0.0 10-0. 10 is used for inspection of electronic products and medical devices.
AQL 1.0-6.5 is used for inspection of clothing and textiles.
