This standard is applicable to the sampling judgment of appearance quality and specification inspection of export garments.
2. Definition AQL: qualified quality grade Ac: qualified judgment number Re: unqualified judgment number I: inspection grade Class A nonconforming product: the unit product has one or more Class A defects, and may also contain Class B defects. Class A defects: the unit product has defects such as poor sewing, poor ironing, dirt, holes, and inconsistent specifications, which seriously affect the overall appearance and wearability. Class b nonconforming product: there are one or more class b defects in the unit product, excluding class a defects. Class B defects: defects such as poor sewing, thread ends and dirt on the unit product that slightly affect the overall appearance and wearability.
Step 3: Sampling
3. 1 sampling scheme: one sampling.
3.2 Inspection Level General Inspection Level I
3.3 Qualified quality grade AQL Class A nonconforming product AQL = 2.5 Class B nonconforming product AQL=4.0
4. Programme implementation
4. 1 See Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 for the sampling of exported garments.
Table 1 The number of samples in a normal sampling table (set) is n, which is unqualified in class A and unqualified in class B. AC Re AC Re 91-500 201-223 50/-kloc-0/-200 3233 4/kloc- 0 1- 10000 80 5 6 7 8 1000 1-35000 125 7 8 10 1 1 3500 1- 150000 200 10 1 1 14 15

4.2 The composition of the inspection lot shall be the only inspection lot of the same variety processed under the same conditions of the same contract or the only inspection lot for export inspection. .
4.3 number of boxes drawn = square root of the total number of boxes ×0.6 (rounded to the nearest integer)
4.4 Methods Randomly select the number of boxes to be sampled from the total number of boxes, and then evenly select samples from the sample boxes according to specifications, styles and colors. If the specifications, styles and colors exceed the number of boxes drawn, they are not limited by the number of boxes drawn.
4.5 The inspection specifications shall be 10% of the sampled products, but each specification shall not be less than three pieces (sets). The appearance inspection shall be based on various inspection standards.
5. Determination of qualified and unqualified batches
5.1If the number of unqualified products of Class A and Class B is less than or equal to Ac at the same time, the whole batch is judged to be qualified.
5.2 If both Class A and Class B nonconforming products are greater than or equal to Re at the same time, the whole batch is judged to be unqualified.
5.3 When Class A nonconforming product is greater than or equal to Re, the whole batch is judged to be unqualified.
5.4 When the quantity of Class B nonconforming products is large,
