1. 3-4 days before production, the workshop supervisor receives the garment production notice, process table, sample garment cutting ratio, clean sample, production process instruction and sample garment confirmation from the production department.

2. The team leader should make prenatal samples and pay attention to the records. ① The problems and mistakes in the "Product Process Sheet" and the discrepancies with the sample clothes. (2) the accuracy of the net sample, modify or supplement opinions. (3) Modification or supplementary opinions of the process table. (4) opinions on technical difficulty, operability of mass production and simplification requirements.

3. The group inspection will check the pre-production sample clothes with the production process instruction and the confirmed sample clothes, and submit them to the workshop supervisor and the patrol inspection for signature, and then submit them to the technical department for confirmation two days before the mass production.

4. The team leader should consult with the group inspection, inspection and workshop supervisor, and arrange corresponding personnel and provide technical guidance according to the process instruction and technical requirements of each process.

5. The workshop supervisor shall fill in the work contact sheet and specify the name, quantity and probation period of the required equipment, and the production department shall submit it to the equipment department for debugging.

6. Before production, the workshop supervisor will lead the inspection, and the team leader and inspector will attend the prenatal meeting of management personnel, and pay attention to recording the technical points and difficult problems.

7. The group inspection should check the product quality of the day according to 100% every day, measure the specifications and dimensions in stages, record the common problems in the group inspection record, and notify the group leader to announce them at the morning meeting.

8. Team leader, group inspection, patrol inspection and workshop supervisor check the accuracy and improvement of each working procedure from the cleanliness of the machine every day.

9. After the assembly line goes smoothly, the team leader should adjust the configuration and personnel of the process according to the on-site quality situation, notify the group inspection and inspection in time, and track and control the quality.
