Standard classification of children's clothing:

1, class a

The formaldehyde content of infant products is ≤20mg/kg, the color fastness to water and perspiration of Class A infant products is ≥ 3-4, the color fastness to dry rubbing and saliva is ≥4, and the allowable pH value is 4.0-7.5. All products are required to have no peculiar smell. It is forbidden to use fabrics that decompose aromatic amine dyes under reducing conditions.

2. class b

For products in direct contact with skin, the formaldehyde content is ≤75mg/kg, the allowable pH value is 4.0-7.5, and the color fastness to water, sweat and dry rubbing is required to be ≥3.

3. category c

For products that are not in direct contact with the skin, the formaldehyde content is less than or equal to 300 mg/kg, and the allowable pH value of Class C products is in the range of 4.0-9.0. It is required that the color fastness of products to water, perspiration and dry rubbing is at least Grade 3. Woven fabrics and knitted fabrics are generally used for children's wear products, and corresponding standards are selected for finished products according to fabric properties, because different standards have different index contents for fabrics.
