Zhongya clothes textile
In terms of textile machinery, the performance of hand-cranked spinning wheels, looms and jacquard machines has been improved, enabling China's textiles to enter Central Asia through the Silk Road in the northwest and then reach the Roman Empire. Because sericulture has been widely promoted in China, the amount of silk exported by China is considerable. More than 200 pieces of textiles, including silk, yarn, Luo, Qi, brocade, hemp, embroidery, printing and dyeing products, were unearthed from the Western Han Tomb in Mawangdui, Changsha.
