Written test scores of positions A, B and C = 60% of administrative professional ability test+40% of application.
Written test scores of professional posts A, B and C = 40% of administrative professional ability test+30% of application+30% of professional knowledge.
Ethnic minority personnel registered in Hainan Province (or students from Hainan Province) who apply for positions in ethnic minority counties (cities) or units directly stationed in ethnic minority counties (cities) will be given extra points according to their written test results.
According to the ratio of the planned number of employees to the interviewers, among the candidates who have achieved the written test scores, the interviewers are determined according to the written test scores from high to low. Planned employment 10 or more (including 10), with a ratio of1:2; If it is planned to employ less than 9 people (including 9 people), the ratio is 1:3. For positions that fail to reach the above ratio, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the number of people who actually achieve the written test scores.
