123 15 The specific provisions on the return of clothes are as follows: 1. If the goods or services provided by operators do not meet the quality requirements, consumers may return them in accordance with the provisions of the state and the agreement of the parties, or require operators to fulfill the obligation of replacement and repair; 2, there is no state regulations and the parties agreed, consumers can return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt; 4. After seven days, if the consumer meets the legal conditions for terminating the contract, he can return the goods in time. If it does not meet the statutory conditions for terminating the contract, it may require the operator to fulfill the obligations of replacement and repair. According to Article 54 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests, business operators shall be responsible for the return of commodities that have been determined by relevant administrative departments as unqualified according to law, and consumers demand to return them.
