In terms of supervision services, Henan took the lead in adopting the import supervision mode of "three-single comparison" for transaction, payment and logistics and the export supervision mode of "simplified declaration and checklist verification", which shortened the customs clearance time to five minutes. The "single window" customs clearance service platform of Henan Guomao was built, and the online processing capacity was increased to 500 orders per second, and the daily processing peak reached more than 30 million orders many times. In the special customs supervision area, different types of goods are allowed to be stored and processed in the same place, and four retail import and export modes in cross-border electronic commerce can be operated in the same area.
At present, there are three cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test areas in Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Nanyang, and seven retail import pilot cities in Xuchang, Shangqiu and Kaifeng. In the evaluation of the national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area, Zhengzhou ranks among the top ten in the first file.
