A. The test reports of various products must include the following test items:
A) Men's and women's wear/bra/corset/children's wear/maternity wear/socks: component content, full set of GB 1840 1, logo and appearance quality;
B) Clothing for infants under three years old: component content, full set of GB 1840 1, logo, appearance quality and color fastness to saliva;
C) Household clothes/thermal underwear/bed cover: component content, full set of GB 1840 1, logo, appearance quality, washing size change rate;
D) Down jacket: component content, full set of GB 1840 1, logo, appearance quality, cashmere content, filling amount and raw material requirements;
E) Down quilt core: component content, identification mark, down content, down filler content and raw material requirements;
F) Quilt/silk quilt core: component content, identification mark and raw material requirements;
G) Leather/fur clothing and accessories: formaldehyde content, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, identification marks, appearance inspection and material marks;
H) Men's and women's shoes/sports shoes/children's shoes: folding resistance, sole peeling strength, odor, identification marks and appearance inspection;
I) Infant cloth shoes under three years old: folding resistance, peeling strength at the bottom, peculiar smell, logo, appearance inspection, formaldehyde, decomposable aromatic amine dyes and color fastness to rubbing.
Remarks: GB 1840 1 complete set includes: color fastness to water, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to dry rubbing, formaldehyde, PH value, odor and decomposable aromatic amine dyes.
B. An inspection report of ready-made clothes (finished products) shall be provided, which shall include the brand name, product name and the items required above. Products with fillers need to be inspected for "raw material requirements", and leather shoes and accessories need to be inspected for "material identification". For brands that have established a quality control system and hold a trademark registration certificate, the requirements for identification marks and appearance inspection items may be appropriately relaxed.
2. Merchants apply for adding brands, categories and standards after they settle in, as above. Taobao Mall will conduct irregular spot checks on settled businesses, including bags and other categories. Please record them for future reference.
In the newly issued requirements, a set of national standards GB/T 1840 1 item testing requirements have been added to clothing products. Taobao Mall officials will refuse to accept the previous version of the quality inspection report in the near future. Sellers who have recently completed the quality inspection report and have not submitted it to Taobao for review need to add GB/T 1840 1 for testing.
