We like business plans that convey the most information with the least words. The following format, with 15-20 pages of PPT, will do.
1, company tenet-describe the company's business in one sentence;
2. Problems: Describe the pain of customers and briefly introduce how customers deal with these problems at present;
3. Problem solving: explain how the value orientation of the company's products/services can solve the customer's problems; Explain where the company's products/services are realized; Provide some concrete examples of using products/services;
4. Timing: Why now? Review the historical evolution of the company's product/service application field; Explain the recent trends that make the superiority of the company's products/services possible;
5. Market size: define your target customers and describe their characteristics; Use different methods to measure the market size, such as top-down method to estimate the available market size (total addressable market), bottom-up method to count the available revenue size (sales addressable market), or estimate according to market share (market share).
6. Competition pattern: list existing and potential competitors; Analyze their respective competitive advantages;
7. Product/service: product/service description: appearance, function, performance, structure, intellectual property rights, etc. Product/service development plan;
8. Business model: income model; Pricing; The average income that can be obtained from each customer or its lifetime value; Sales and channels; List of existing customers and developing customers;
9. Team description: founder and core management; Members of the board of directors and advisory committees;
10. Financial information: three statements, capital structure and financing plan.
