The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Recruitment conditions and targets
I am law-abiding, well-behaved, obedient to organizational arrangements, and willing to teach in mountainous and island schools in our city for a long time, with good physical and mental health. And also need to meet the following conditions:
(1) The target of early recruitment is: Ruian household registration. The undergraduate stage is a full-time master's student in a normal university, under the age of 32 (born after 1982 1); Teachers' college graduates who have won provincial excellent graduates and national scholarships are under 28 years old (1986 1 born later).
(2) The recruitment target of normal graduates is: Rui 'an household registration. Full-time teachers college graduates, under the age of 28 (born after 1986 1). The age at which full-time postgraduates can serve as teachers at undergraduate level can be relaxed to 32 years old (1982 1 born after). (3) Non-normal graduates are recruited to meet the requirements of academic qualifications, majors, teacher qualifications, age and household registration. Required for jobs. See annex II.
Second, the number of recruitment plans
(1) The number of applicants for the recruitment plan in advance shall be determined by 50% of the applicants (if the number of applicants exceeds 50, it shall be counted as 50, and the school positions shall be announced before the interview).
(II) Examining and approving the number of recruitment plans for teachers' graduates by discipline: For disciplines with more than 3 teachers' graduates (see Annex I), after the recruitment plans are approved in advance, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced by discipline (after the reduction, there will be no less than 3 students, and the insufficient part will be adjusted in the general enrollment plan of public schools in 20 14 years). The reduced number of plans will be in Ryan Talent Network () and Ryan Education Information Network. For disciplines with less than 3 teachers' graduates (including 3), the number of plans remains unchanged (if the insufficient part caused by early recruitment is adjusted in the general enrollment plan of public schools in 20 14).
(3) The recruitment plan for non-normal graduates is 33 (see Annex II for details).
Third, the registration time, place and recruitment method
(1) Registration

The applicant holds his ID card, household registration certificate (fresh graduates) and household registration book.
The original and photocopy of the household registration book or household registration certificate, university diploma and teacher qualification certificate issued by the public security department (one for each, and two copies of the teacher qualification certificate obtained outside Ryan), as well as two recent one-inch color photos with the same bottom bareheaded to the registration point. When registering, you need to fill in the Registration Form for Recruiting Teachers (Teachers) in Ruian City 20 14 (which is also needed by recruiters in advance) and the Registration Form for Recruiting Teachers (Non-teachers) in Ruian City 20 14 (downloaded from the download columns of Ruian Education Information Network).
Normal graduates also need to provide proof that they belong to normal graduates (issued by graduated universities in Zhejiang Province; Graduates from outside Zhejiang Province who cannot prove that they belong to the normal category must be certified by the local provincial education administrative department) and submitted at the time of registration; At present, the official staff of an organ or institution still need to provide proof that the unit and the competent department agree to apply for the exam when registering. Graduates of the 20th14th class of ordinary colleges and universities who have not yet received their diplomas have not moved into their registered residence. You can register with your student ID card or employment agreement of college graduates and your household registration certificate for moving out of this city (Ryan's household registration certificate must be provided when checking). Each candidate is limited to one position, and normal graduates can apply for positions of non-normal graduates, but they cannot apply at the same time. The number of applicants for the same position and the number of recruitment plans are generally not less than 3: 1. If the ratio between the number of applicants for urgently needed positions and the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, it may be appropriately relaxed, but it shall not be less than 2: 1. If it is lower than 2: 1, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly or the examination will not be held. The actual number of recruitment plans after reduction will be published on Ruian Talent Network and Ruian Education Network. Applicants who adjust the recruitment plan or do not take the exam may change to the corresponding qualified positions.
Those who resort to fraud, forgery, alteration of certificates, certificates and other improper means to obtain registration qualifications in the registration process, or who maliciously collude to register for the purpose of fabricating the number of applicants, shall be punished according to discipline, and the qualification for the examination of that year shall be cancelled.
(2) Measures for early recruitment examination
The early recruitment examination is conducted in the form of structured interview. Full marks 100, and those below 60 will not be employed. After the interview, according to the number of people in the recruitment plan, the physical examination and inspection objects will be determined according to the interview results from high to low.
(3) Measures for Recruitment Examination of Normal and Non-Normal Graduates
1. written test. The written test time is tentatively scheduled for late July. Applicants must bring the written test admission ticket and their ID cards within the validity period and take the test at the time and place specified in the written test admission ticket. Written test score 100. The content of post test in primary and secondary schools is pedagogy, psychology, educational policies and regulations, new curriculum theory, accounting for 30%, and subject professional knowledge and subject education and teaching skills accounting for 70%; The content of pre-school education post test is pedagogy, psychology, pre-school education policies and regulations accounting for 30%, and pre-school education professional knowledge accounting for 70%; Vocational education accounts for 30% and professional knowledge accounts for 70% of the content of post test for teachers of specialized courses in secondary vocational schools.
Candidates applying for positions in physical education, music, fine arts and preschool education in primary and secondary schools need to have a professional skill test, with a full score of 100. After the examination, the list of participants in the written test shall be determined from high score to low score according to the number of job recruitment plans 1:3.
Teachers who apply for specialized courses in secondary vocational schools, including candidates for positions such as clothing technology and design, marketing, numerical control, animation training, gardening, etc., need to be tested for their professional skills, with a full score of 100. After the examination, the list of participants in the written test shall be determined from high score to low score according to the number of job recruitment plans 1:3.
If the number of applicants participating in the professional skills test is equal to or less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the professional skills test will no longer be organized and will directly enter the written test.
2. Determine the list of medical examination and inspection personnel
After the written test, the list of participants in the physical examination and inspection shall be determined according to the proportion of written test scores from high to low, and the number of recruitment plans for each discipline is 1: 1 (if the test scores are the same, the one with the highest professional knowledge scores shall be selected).
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
The physical examination and investigation were organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the physical examination standards were implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for teachers' qualifications in Zhejiang Province. The inspection was carried out with reference to the Working Rules for the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58). If the medical examination or inspection is unqualified or abandoned for various reasons, it will not be replenished.
V. Publicity and employment
(a) according to the results of physical examination and investigation, to determine the employment target, and publicity for 7 days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the candidates will be organized to choose the teaching school on the spot in order from high score to low score. (2) Newly-hired teachers must undergo on-the-job training in high-quality primary and secondary schools (kindergartens) for one year. After the expiration of one year, those who pass the examination will be renewed, and they will return to the school where they are going to teach in the second year. Those who fail to meet the requirements will be disqualified.
(three) the service period is 5 years for teachers and 6 years for non-teachers.
(four) to apply for a professional teacher in a secondary vocational school, the applicant must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within 2 years after employment, otherwise the employment contract relationship will be terminated.
(5) If fraud is found in the recruitment process, once verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and you may not take the recruitment examination of public institutions in Ruian for three years. ?
