(2) Registration and qualification examination

4. Precautions:

The written test content is professional ability test and official document writing. The total score of written test is 100, of which professional ability test accounts for 50% and official document writing accounts for 50%. The written test does not specify a review book.

Personnel with postgraduate education or registered safety engineer title are exempt from written examination, and can directly participate in the interview after passing the qualification examination.
(4) Interview
According to the ratio of 3 times the recruitment quota for each position, the candidates for the interview (including the written test-free personnel) are determined from high score to low score.
The interview takes the form of structured interview. The interview examiner group consists of 7 examiners. Interview score 100%. After the interview results are reviewed by the examination room supervisor, the examiner will notify the candidates on the spot.
(5) Physical examination
According to the interview results, according to the proportion of recruitment quota 1: 1, the medical examination candidates are determined from high score to low score. If the online interview results are the same, the candidates who are exempt from the written test will be given priority as the candidates for medical examination, and other personnel will determine the candidates for medical examination from high to low according to the written test results; If the written test and interview results are the same, the medical examiner shall be determined from high score to low score according to the professional ability test results. Social personnel participating in the medical examination must provide proof that their unit agrees to apply for the examination before the medical examination. If it cannot be provided, its physical examination qualification will be cancelled, and it will be replenished from high score to low score at one time according to the provisions of this announcement.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the newly revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
(6) Investigation

(7) signing labor contracts
Those who pass the examination are those who are hired. The Administrative Committee of the Development Zone signed a labor contract with it according to law, stipulating a probation period of 1 year. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
