PE plastic use?
PE plastic uses: The raw materials of bubble bags, pearl cotton and bone bags are all PE materials, that is, the synthetic materials of LDPE and LLDPE. The plastic bags used in general factories are also PE plastic bags, such as electronics factories, electrical appliances factories, hardware factories, plastic factories, clothing factories, shoe factories and so on. PE plastic bags are widely used. The film used by farmers in spring ploughing is also PE. PE plastic bags look transparent, feel smooth, and have almost no soft noise and toughness (this is LLDPE at work). PP plastic bags are mostly used for gift packaging, and finished clothes are sold. All the new clothes we buy are packed in plastic bags, and those with a layer of double-sided tape are usually PP plastic bags. PP plastic bags are very transparent and slippery to the touch, but they are hard, loud and brittle. There will be creases when folded in half, but not when folded in PE plastic bags. Because it is transparent, it looks high-end when wrapping gifts. PP is much like OPP, but its transparency is not as good as OPP. Therefore, PP plastic bags have more advantages than OPP plastic bags in price. PE materials used to be more expensive than PP materials. In the last two years, the cost of our plastic bags has also increased a lot due to the rise in oil prices. But I don't know why, PP material is more compact than PE material, and the price also exceeds the price of PE material. As for the PO plastic bag, it also has its particularity. It can be very thin. According to the technology we have at present, 0.7 filaments can be used. The thinnest PE and PP can only make 2 filaments. PP is not even good, so the price advantage of PO is more obvious. However, because the PO plastic bag is almost white, the amount used is relatively small.
