3. Make some shadows on the basis of uniform lighting. Shadows can be observed using frames.

If the background is white, you can enlarge the aperture, slightly fully expose it, or increase the value of the sensitivity (ISO), so that the background will be relatively empty and form a high-profile background, and there is no need for matting in post-processing (in fact, matting is very bad).
