Will playing wind instruments affect the health of primary and secondary school students?
With the implementation of the master plan of art education in national schools in Wang Zhen, musical instruments gradually entered the classroom, and more and more students began to learn various wind instruments. Wind bands have also been set up in primary and secondary schools all over the country. The author often meets some parents in teaching. They are worried that their children will learn wind instruments and think that "playing wind instruments will affect the health of teenagers". What's more, children are forbidden to learn wind instruments at all. Then, will playing wind instruments affect the health of primary and secondary school students? To understand this problem, we must first understand the breathing methods people use when playing wind instruments. The wind instrument breathing method is based on the breathing in daily life, but it is different from the breathing in daily life. As we all know, we don't need to control our breathing in our daily life, but we must consciously control our breathing when playing wind instruments. It is very technical, but it never violates the physiological laws of breathing. There are usually two forms of human breathing: chest breathing and abdominal breathing. Chest breathing is a form of breathing in which the levator and descending muscles on the chest wall contract and advance and retreat with each other, so that the periphery of the chest cavity expands and contracts. Abdominal breathing is a way of breathing in which the diaphragm and abdominal muscles are opposite, so that the chest cavity expands downwards and retracts upwards.
