How to make a sweet glutinous rice cake?
Friends who love glutinous rice snacks, try this glutinous rice rice cake. Soft and sweet, really delicious.

Ingredients: (make a plate)

1 glutinous rice flour (450-500g)

Three eggs.

Two glasses of milk.

1+ 1/4 cups of sugar (more or less)

3/4 cup corn oil

food dye

I made two plates and doubled the ingredients.

Exercise:

Mix eggs, milk, sugar and corn oil, and then put glutinous rice flour into the mixed rice slurry without particles.

Divide the rice slurry into two halves, pour them into two pots respectively, add different pigments respectively, and stir well.

Pour half of the rice paste of each color into the greased baking pan (if only one tray is made, pour all the rice paste of one color into one baking pan).

After the oven is preheated to 350F, put people into a baking tray with half rice slurry and bake for 20 minutes.

Take out the baking tray, add the remaining half of rice paste with different colors, sprinkle sesame seeds and shredded coconut on the surface, and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Baking time is related to baking size. I used the tinplate of 1 1X 13.

Take a look at it from time to time after the second baking for 20 minutes. Don't burn it, or it will be too hard. It depends on experience.

Be sure to wait for it to cool before cutting it into the shape you like.
