Located in Fangxian County, Shiyan City, Hubei Province, it is adjacent to Fangxian County in the north and Shennongjia forest area in the south. This is an important connection point of Wudang Mountain, Shennongjia and Three Gorges Golden Tourism Line. Savage valley has a humid climate, beautiful scenery, developed karst caves, lush vegetation, high mountains and deep water, and overlapping peaks.

Savage valley is located on the second step of China's topography, and it is a transitional area from the north subtropical zone to the warm temperate zone. It is bounded by Qinling Mountains in the north and Bashan Mountains in the south. During the Quaternary Glacier Period, the influence of mountain glacier cold current was very weak, which made savage valley one of the "shelters" of tertiary plants, thus preserving rich, ancient and rare forest vegetation. There are 4 species of national first-class protected plants and 22 species of second-class protected plants in savage valley. There are 5 species of national first-class protected wild animals, 53 species of national second-class protected wild animals, and many rare albino animals, such as white bear, which have high protection value.

Savage valley, adjacent to Yerendong, is named after the frequent presence of "savages". Ten miles long gorge, beautiful scenery, strange green ponds and winding paths lead to secluded places, which is known as "fairyland on earth, paradise on earth, hometown of savage, plant kingdom". There are many landscapes in the canyon, such as Pearl Slope, Qilin Peak, Wild Flowers Swing, commanding Pass, Longziyan, Goshawk Wall, Savage House, Ren Weifeng, savage valley, Savage Castle, Savage Tribe, Santan Wild Bath, Longxu Waterfall, peerless Tiangen, Kowloon Rock Climbing, Hippo Drinking and so on. Savage valley is an ideal place to enjoy flowers in spring, escape summer in midsummer, write scenery in late autumn and sing snow in severe winter.

The cave is located in the middle of the "two mountains" in Hubei (Wudang Mountain, Shennongjia and the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River), and the 209 National Road runs through the whole territory, with convenient transportation. The scenic spots in Yerendong are 280 kilometers away from Xiangfan, 0/30 kilometers away from Shiyan City, 0/27 kilometers away from Muyu in Shennongjia and 0/55 kilometers away from Wudang Mountain.

Yerendong is a natural limestone cave. 1974, Yin Hongfa, a local farmer, was named after fighting a savage in this cave (this man is alive). It is a national AAA-level tourist area with a developed cave length of1980m and an ornamental area of 21000m2. The whole cave is divided into two floors, and the middle is connected by an artificial 100-meter ladder, which is breathtaking in many caves in China. The cave is divided into "three halls" (drum hall, Tianhe hall and turtle hall), "two palaces" (savage bedroom and maze in the cave) and "a moment" (lovers' meeting). The cave is winding, winding and secluded, with uneven landscape layout, different stalactites and different postures, including immortals, buddhas, animals and forests. Professor Wang Hongbin of China Tourism Cadre Management College exclaimed: "The scenery is magnificent, and it can be called the first cave in northwest Hubei", which is a rare "savage" cave in China.

Guabangyan

Fangxian County, 45 kilometers south of the city, is the place where Li Xian, Tang Zhongzong, abandoned and moved to Zhou Fang, that is, Fangxian County.

Guanyin Cave is located in Fenghuang Mountain, 3 kilometers south of Fangxian County, along the 209 National Road. Guanyin Cave was built in the Tang Dynasty, and it has been continuously maintained and expanded throughout the ages, forming a scale. Now it is a cultural relic protection unit in Hubei Province.

Hualong yanmujiagou

Hualong Yan Town, Fangxian County is located in the south of Gou Wei, about 30 kilometers away from the county seat. Here the canyon is long, the waterfalls are green, the rocks are rugged, and the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant.

Wangfoshan

Within the territory of Gu Men Temple in Fangxian County, there is a well-known Wang Foshan, with a long history of cultural landscape, spectacular natural landscape and numerous scenic spots, which can be described as full of wonders.

Xianshengdian

Xiansheng Temple is located at the mouth of Ma Jun River, Jundian Town, about 0/2km west of Fangxian County. According to legend, the strange man Fei Changfang lived here forever, hence the name. It was built during the reign of Qing Qianlong.
