Introduction of navigation structure
Navigation structure is a hydraulic facility for lifting or passing ships to overcome concentrated water level drop or terrain obstacles. Also known as the boathouse. Navigation structure can be divided into ship-lift buildings and ship-crossing buildings according to their functions. Ship lift buildings can be divided into two basic types: ship locks and ship lifts. These two kinds of navigation structure are used in water conservancy control projects to overcome the water level difference concentrated in the barrage, so that ships can rise or fall from one water level to another, and ships can sail over the dam.
